Ordering Policy

All Eva Inge Designs jewelry is made to order and may take up to 10 business days to be prepared for shipment. Eva Inge strives to fulfill your order in a timely manner. However, due to the handmade nature of our products, we ask that all customers be aware of this production window.

 

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Eva Inge Designs does not accept returns as all jewelry is handmade to order. 

In particular cases, Eva Inge Designs will allow exchange and store credit options. Please email eva@evaingedesigns.com to discuss your particular situation.

 

Shipping

All shipping rates are calculated through USPS and all packages are insured at their full value to protect your merchandise.

Orders over $250 will require a signature upon delivery and orders are unable to be shipped to a P.O. Box address at this time. If you have special requests, accommodations, or if you'd like to modify your order, we are glad to help. Please contact us at orders@evaingedesigns.com right away.

 

Jewelry Care

Please treat and wear your jewelry with care. Store jewelry separately in an airtight bag or container. Remove jewelry before going to sleep. Avoid contact with water, lotions, perfumes, hairspray or any liquid. Protect jewelry from sharp objects, extreme temperatures, sunlight and rough or hard surfaces. 

 It is natural for the metal to oxidize or tarnish over time when exposed to body oils, oxygen or moisture. To keep your piece looking its best, gently polish before and after each wear with a polishing cloth for extra shine. For your convenience we include a polishing cloth with every purchase of our jewelry.
